Lampl IT – Remote Support for macOS

This remote support tool allows me to assist you directly with technical issues.
The connection is established only with your explicit consent.

Privacy & Security
------------------
• Connection only after your approval.
• Encrypted data transmission.
• Use of Lampl IT owned servers hosted in Germany.
• No permanent access after the session ends.
• No use of external remote support services or third-party providers.

Instructions
------------
1. Download the ZIP file and extract it completely.
2. Open the folder “Lampl-IT-Fernwartung”.
3. Double-click “Start.command”.
4. If macOS shows a security warning:
   → Right-click “Start.command” and choose “Open”.
5. RustDesk will start automatically.
6. Provide me with the displayed ID and password by phone.
7. The connection is active only during the support session
   and can be terminated by you at any time.

Important macOS Permissions
---------------------------
At first launch, macOS may request permission for:

• Screen Recording
• Accessibility / Control

Please allow these permissions for RustDesk
so screen sharing and remote control can work properly.

If needed:
System Settings → Privacy & Security → enable the permissions
and restart RustDesk afterwards.
